1. General

Hitdle (hitdle.com) is a free daily music guessing game. Use of the service is voluntary and free of charge. No registration is required.

2. Game rules

A new artist and set of 3 songs appears every day.
The puzzle is identical for all users on a given day.
The game consists of three stages: guessing songs, matching albums, ranking by streams.
Each song can be guessed in up to 5 attempts.
A new set is available every day at midnight.

3. Content & copyright

30-second audio previews are sourced from the public Deezer API and made available by Deezer under their terms. Album artwork and artist data are the property of their respective owners. Hitdle makes no claim to these materials.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as-is". The administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of music data (which comes from Deezer's external databases). The administrator is not liable for any interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures.

5. Changes

The administrator reserves the right to modify these terms. The current version is always available at hitdle.com/terms.
